[cze][eng] Klíčová slova: záchranná služba, neodkladná přednemocniční péče, organizace, technické zabezpečení, statistika, analýza Tématem této bakalářské práce je historický vývoj záchranné služby s důrazem na významné změny v jejím technickém, personálním a organizačním zabezpečení této služby na území dnešní České republiky. Hlavním cílem práce je přispět do diskuse o současné organizaci ZZS a především o efektivnosti a rezervách její práce. Analýza se v zájmu dosažení cíle práce soustřeďuje na porovnání situace ve vybraných krajích a v České republice jako celku, na zhodnocení současných regionálních rozdílů v technickém zabezpečení a výkonech ZZS v rámci poskytování přednemocniční neodkladné péče. Součástí studie je také detailní diskuse aktuálních možností hodnocení rozsahu a kvality péče poskytované ZZS a vypovídací hodnoty dat popisujících podmínky její činnosti a výkony.Key words: emergency medical service, urgent premedical care, organization, technical conditions, statistics, analysis The topic of this bachelor thesis are historical developments of Emergency Medical Service (EMS) with a special focus on significant changes in its technical, personal and organizational arrangements on the territory of contemporary Czech Republic. The thesis major objective is to contribute to the discussion on the EMS current organization as well as its work effectiveness and reserves. Following this objective, the text is aimed at comparison of recent situation in selected regions and the Czech Republic as a whole. In particular it deals with current regional differences in the EMS technical conditions and outputs regarding urgent premedical care provision. Contemporary possibilities of the EMS evaluation and informational value of statistical data are examined and extensively discussed.
