Práce se zabývá problematikou pasivních domů. Shrnuje jejich historii a vývoj ve světě. Předkládá ekologické, ekonomické a další důvody pro výstavbu. Práce srovnává pasivní domy s běžnou výstavbou a dalšími úspornými domy. Pojednává o vhodné poloze pozemku a o zónování v závislosti na slunečním záření. Ukazuje, jaké postupy a komponenty použít, aby se docílilo požadovaných parametrů. Navrhuje zdroje energie, které jsou pro pasivní domy vhodné. Zabývá se informačními a podpůrnými programy v ČR i ve světě. Nastiňuje informovanost a názory lidí na výstavbu pasivních domů a jakým směrem se bude ubírat stavba pasivních domů v ČR. Cílem je předložit ucelené informace o tom jak a kde postavit pasivní dům, aby se docílilo požadovaných parametrů. Ukázat různé motivace pro jeho výstavbu. Práce rovněž poskytuje informace o dotačních programech, jak je výstavba pasivních domů podporována a jaká je odezva. The topic of this paper is passive houses. It shows the history of these buildings and presents economical and ecological reasons to build them. The paper also compares them with ordinary buildings. It discusses the importance of the right choice of the land and the house placement because of its solar radiation dependence. It shows, what components and procedures to use to achieve demanded parameters. It suggests right energy resources, which are suitable for passive houses. Informational and support programmes from Czech, but also from the whole world are being showed. It shows the level of basic knowledge of this topic among people and also their will to build these houses. The main goal is to present organised Informations about where how and why to build passive house. The paper also contains information about support Programmes and theirs feedback.
