Resumé diplomové práce V době stále postupující globalizace a rychlého rozvoje finančních trhů, je téma dohledu nad finančním trhem stále více aktuální. Tyto tendence byly v poslední době výrazně posíleny vlivem probíhající světové finanční krize. Právě ve světle této krize, která začala jako úvěrová, se stalo téma dohledu nad finančním trhem diskutovaným ve všech státech i na úrovni mezinárodní, neboť nalezení efektivního uspořádání a výkonu dohledu by mohlo výrazně napomoci jejímu rychlejšímu překonání. Hlavním cílem této práce je analýza a srovnání právních úprav činnosti České národní banky a Národné banky Slovenska při výkonu dohledu nad finančním trhem. Vývoj těchto právních úprav je zajímavý zejména proto, že obě vzešly ze shodných právních základů, poté prošly fází samostatného vývoje, aby nakonec došlo k jejich opětovnému sblížení pod vlivem Evropské unie. První dvě kapitoly této práce jsou zaměřeny na vymezení základních pojmů, které jsou v práci dále používány a charakteristiku základních modelů institucionálního uspořádání dohledu. Druhá kapitola obsahuje výklad o subjektech výkonu dohledu nad finančním trhem s přehledem orgánů, které tuto funkci vykonávaly a nyní vykonávají v České republice a na Slovensku. Další část práce popisuje vývoj obou právních úprav v období po rozpadu Československa... In the era of constant advancing of the globalization and quick development of the financial markets, the financial markets supervision is still the current topic. Lately, these tendencies have been significantly strengthened under the influence of ongoing world financial crisis. In the light of the crisis, which started as a "credit crisis", the topic of the financial markets supervision has become discussed in countries worldwide and also at the international level, because finding of an effective arrangement and supervision execution could substantially help to overcome the crisis. The main goal of this paper is the analysis and comparison of the legislation on the activities of the Czech and Slovak National Bank in the field of the execution of financial market supervision. The development of Czech and Slovak legislation is interesting as they both emerged from the same legal foundation, went through the phase of individual development and then they became closer again influenced by the European Union. The first two chapters of this thesis focus on the definition of basic terms used further in the thesis and then characteristics of the basic models of the supervision institutional organization.
