Diplomová práce "Mezinárodní aspekty smíšených trestních tribunálů (na příkladu Kambodže, Libanonu, Východního Timoru a Sierry Leone)" pojednává o jednotlivých podstatných znacích institutu smíšeného trestního tribunálu jak obecně tak konkrétně na jednotlivých případech Mimořádných senátů soudů Kambodže, Zvláštního soudu pro Libanon, Zvláštních panelů na Východním Timoru a Zvláštního soudu pro Sierru Leone. Hlavní těžiště práce, kromě deskriptivních aspektů opomíjeného tématu, se soustředí na otázku míry internacionalizace jednotlivých institucí a tudíž i klasifikaci tribunálů od nejvíce zmezinárodněných po takřka domácí tribunály. Práce neopomíjí ani širší kontext vzniku konkrétních zkoumaných institucí, jestliže je podstatný pro naše chápání problematiky Graduation Theses " International aspects mixed criminal tribunals (in examples of Cambodia, Lebanon, East Timor and Sierra Leone)"deal with basic attributes of this institution as generally so in particular examples of Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia, Special Tribunal for Lebanon, the Special Panels in East Timor and Special Court for Sierra Leone. Besides description of theme, concentrates thesis on question of internationalization of particular institutions and their classification from the most internationalized institutions to almost domestic tribunals. We pay attention to wider context, which is relevant to examined question.
