Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem vedení lidí v nestátních neziskových organizacích. Práce se zaměřuje na specifika procesu vedení lidí nestátního neziskového sektoru s největším důrazem na rozdíl v přístupech vedení u placených zaměstnanců a dobrovolníků, vzhledem k tomu, že obě uváděné skupiny jsou velmi důležitou a typickou součástí nestátní neziskové organizace. Práce předkládá nejčastěji využívané teorie vedení lidí v organizaci, dále také popisuje význam vedení lidských zdrojů v nestátní neziskové organizaci. V empirické části práce je využita kvalitativní metoda získávání dat. Z provedených rozhovorů s vedoucími pracovníky z nestátních neziskových organizacích je možné popsat průběh procesu vedení lidí v NNO a poukázat na jeho specifika. The thesis is focused on specifics of process of leadership in non­governmental non-profit sector with the greatest emphasis on the difference in the approaches of leadership of paid staff and volunteers, these groups of people are a very important and typical part of NGO. The thesis presents the most commonly used theories of leadership in the organizations, as well as describes the importance of leadership in the NGO. A qualitative method of data obtaining is used in the empirical part of the thesis. It is possible to describe the course of the process of leadership in NGO from interviews with the leaders and its specifics can be pointed out.
