Tato práce se zabývá vytvořením aplikace pro řízení průběhu recenzování člán- ků v odborných časopisech. Zajišťuje centralizaci všech postupů, jednoduchost a efektivnost prováděných operací. Články, tj. základní metadata a naskenovaná PDF, jsou uloženy na serveru a aplikace ošetřuje práva přístupu k nim podle stavu, ve kterém se článek nachází. Některé činnosti týkající se změn metadat článku jsou doprovázeny emailovou korespondencí. Tato práce je realizována ja- ko webová aplikace napsaná v programovacím jazyce PHP za využití databáze MySQL. 1 Goal of this thesis is to create an application for writing reviews of papers in mathematical journals. It provides centralization of all processes, simplicity and efectiveness of operations. Papers, i.e. metadata and scanned PDF files, are stored on a disk of server. The application handles rights to access to the papers accor- ding to the current state of them. Automatically generated emails are sent when some editing of paper is done. Implementation of this thesis is a web application. It is written in programming language PHP and it uses database MySQL. 1
