Diplomová práce obsahuje analýzu organizační a řídící struktury zemědělského podniku a analýzu vybraných oblastí logistiky, jako jsou materiálové toky, manipulace, skladování a vztahy s odběrateli, resp. dodavateli. Na základě provedených analýz jsou navrhnuta opatření k odstranění nedostatků a ke zlepšení současného stavu v analyzovaných oblastech. The thesis contains analysis of organization and control structure of the agricultural enterprise and analysis of some logistics branches such as material-flow, manipulation with material, storing and relation between customers and suppliers. According to the realized analyses, arrangements are suggested to solve problems and to improve the contemporary situation in analyzed branches.
