Pomocí světelné mikroskopie byly charakterizovány trávicí buňky ze střeva klíštěte Ixodes ricinus během jednotlivých fází sání a trávení. Pomocí nepřímé imunofluorescence byly lokalizovány tři trávicí peptidázy - katepsin B, katepsin L, katepsin D ve střevě klíštěte Ixodes ricinus. Light microscopy was used to characterize digestive cells in the gut of the hard tick Ixodes ricinus during feeding and different phases of digestion. Indirect immunofluorescent microscopy was used to localize three digestive peptidases - cathepsin B, cathepsin L, cathepsin D in the gut of the hard tick Ixodes ricinus.
