Spokojenost pacientů je hlavním ukazatelem kvality poskytované péče. Výsledky práce ukazují, že uživatelé primární péče poskytované sestrou v ordinaci praktického lékaře jsou spokojeni. Patient{\crq}s satisfaction is the main indicator of the quality in given care. The results of this work showed that primary care users are satisfied with the nurse's care given in surgery GP.
