Bakalářská práce Vliv typu kolimátoru na parametry scintilační kamery je zaměřena zejména na experimentální měření a zpracování výsledků. V teoretické části se zabývám základním principem scintigrafie, popisem gamakamery, jednotlivými typy kolimátorů, rozdělení kolimátorů podle typu konstrukce a podle polohového rozlišení a citlivosti. V práci je uvedena přesná metodika měření citlivosti a polohového rozlišení kolimátorů a naměřené výsledky. Výsledky jsou porovnány s údaji výrobce a hodnotami uvedenými v odborné literatuře. V závěru jsem uvedla doporučení pro základní typ kolimátorů, kterým by mělo být pracoviště nukleární medicíny vybaveno. Bachelor work Influence of collimator type to scintillation camera is focused especially on experimental measurement and elaboration of results. In theoretical section I deal with a base principle of scintigraphy, describing of Gamma camera, single types of collimators, splitting of collimators according to a type of construction, and according to spatial resolution and sensitivity. In other sections there are examined exact methodology of measurements sensitivity of collimator and spatial resolution and results of measurements. The results are compared with specification given by producers and values published by other authors. In conclusion I recommend the essential type of collimator for nuclear medicine department.
