Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zjistit znalosti zdravotnického personálu týkající se rozpoznání hrozící agrese ze strany klienta/pacienta. Dále zjistit schopnosti zdravotnického personálu adekvátně reagovat při projevení agrese a schopen zajistit zvláštní ošetřovatelskou péči, která je u agresivních klientů/pacientů nutná. Objective of this Bachelor thesis is to find out what medical personnel know about recognition of client/patient{\crq}s aggressive behavior and its starting symptoms. It is also advisable to discover if medical personnel is able to react adequately to aggressively acting client/patient and if they are able to take special care of aggressive client/patient that is necessary in case of this kind of clients/patients.
