[cze][eng] V předkládané práci se zaměřujeme na problematiku výchovného poradenství ve školském systému. V první kapitole vymezujeme pojem výchovné poradenství a jeho základní klasifikaci, zmiňujeme historický vývoj a současné tendence v oblasti školního poradenství. V kapitole druhé se pro nás stává středem pozornosti výchovný poradce a jeho postavení v současné škole. Podrobněji se věnujeme možnostem vzdělávání, pracovní náplni a nejčastějším okruhům činnosti poradenských služeb. Dále sledujeme nároky kladené na poradcovu osobnost a informační zdroje, které mohou pomoci nejenom v profesním růstu, ale také v každodenní praxi výchovného poradce. Hlavním cílem této práce je nastínění důležitých témat spojených s výchovným poradenstvím, nejedná se tedy o provedení podrobné analýzy daného problému. Informace byly čerpány z relevantní literatury a zákonů.Presented work concentrates on problems of educational counceling in school system. The first capture defines the concept of educational counceling and points on its historical defelopment and current tendency.The second capture focuses on the position of educational consultants at schools. Possibilities of their further education and the most ranges of activities in counceling are described in details together with the demands placed on the personality of educational consultant. Important sources of information to help professional development of educational consultants are mentioned as well. The main aim of this work is not to make the analysis of the problems but to outline the main themes connected with educational councelling. Used information were taken from the laws and relevant literature.
