Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracování případové studie ošetřovatelské péče o pacientku (63 let) s diagnózou karcinom ovaria. Pacientka byla hospitalizována na gynekologicko-porodnické klinice. Byla přijata k operačnímu řešení tohoto nálezu. Teoretická část se věnuje obecnému seznámení s anatomií a fyziologií ženských pohlavních orgánů, jsou zde uvedeny rizikové faktory karcinomu ovaria, příznaky onemocnění a dosavadní možnosti diagnostiky a léčby onemocnění rakoviny vaječníku. Ošetřovatelská část práce popisuje průběh ošetřovatelské péče o nemocnou v časném pooperačním období. Péče o pacientku byla prováděna dle teorie ošetřovatelského procesu. Z ošetřovatelského hlediska bylo provedeno hodnocení pacientky dle modelu fungujícího zdraví Marjory Gordonové. Nedílnou součástí je i část věnovaná edukaci. Práce je ukončena seznamem použité literatury, seznamem použitých zkratek a je doplněna přílohami. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org) The objective of this work is elaboration of case study, nursing care of the patient with ovarian cancer, 63 years old patient has been hospitalized on the clinic of gynecology and obstetric because of gynecology operation. The theoretical part deals with general introduction to the anatomy and physiology of female genital organs, here are shown some risk factors for ovarian cancer, symptoms and current possibilities of diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer. Nursing part contains description of nursing care of the patient in early post operating time. The nursing care has been performed by the theory of nursing process. Evaluation has been performed by the model of Marjory Gordon. Meaningful part of this work is a chapter about the educations.
