[cze][eng] NÁZEV Problematika přípravv mládeže ve věku 16 - 18 let NÁZEV V ANGLIČTINĚ Preparation issues ofteen-agers between the ages of 16 - 18 years CÍL PRÁCE Cílem práce bylo nastínit, jak vypadá tréninkový model v České republice dále pozorování komplexnťho výkonu hráčů FC Viktoria Plzeň. Zjistit nedostatky v hernťch činnostech v průběhu utkání a navrhnout tréninková opatření, která pomohou odstranit zjištěné nedostatky. METODA Výzkum byl proveden metodou nepřímého pozorování pomocí DVD záznamů z utkání 1. ČPP ligy st. dorostu za použití kvalitativní a kvantitativní analýzy herních činností. VÝSLEDKY Analýza by měla odhalit některé nové skutečnosti. Výsledky by měli definovat požadavky na zdokonalování technické a taktické vyspělosti v herních činnostech jednotlivce. KLÍČOVÁ SLOVA Herní výkon, kvalitativní a kvantitativní analýza, řešení "chybnosti" 2TITLE Preparation issues ofteen-agers between the ages of 16 - 18 years GOAL OF THE WORK The goals of my work were to outline the training model in the Czech Republic, monitoring of players complex effort of FC Victoria Pilsen, next the detection of negatives in game activities in matches and suggestion the training steps to removing realized negatives. METHODS Research was realized by direct and indirect observation methods, mainly using DVD records of teenagers 1st match. There were used qualitative and quantitative analyses of game activities. RESULTS Analysis should reveal some new facts. Results should define requirements for improvement oftechnical and tactical maturity ofindividua! in activities.
