Bakalářská práce se zabývá vadným držením těla předškolních dětí. Dětí s vadným držením těla bohužel přibývá a již první známky svalové nerovnováhy můžeme najít u předškolních dětí. Vadné držení těla je závažné onemocnění, které s sebou nese řadu zdravotních následků. Je důležité vést děti k prevenci tohoto onemocnění a nejvhodnější je začít právě v předškolním věku. Práce má část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část popisuje pohybový systém, správné a vadné držení těla, typy vadného držení těla. Druhá část se zabývá výzkumem skupiny dětí a následným zjištěním výskytu vadného držení těla. This bachelor thesis deals with frequent occurence of the faulty posture among preschool children. Occurrence of children with faulty posture is unfortunately a growing trend. The first traces of muscular imbalances can be already found among preschool children. Faulty posture is a health problem which can result in a serious consequences. It is important to prevent this problem already at preschool age. The work inculdes theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part inculdes description of muscular system and body movement (human kinetics), correct posture and typical deviations from proper posture. Practical part is about my own research I made in a group of preschool children and the subsequent detection of a faulty posture in this group.
