Zkoumanou problematikou této diplomové práce jsou zkušenosti ukrajinských sester s migrací do českého zdravotnictví přes Program Vysoce kvalifikovaný zaměstnanec a jejich následnou integrací. Také jsou popsané s migrací související překážky a byly také reflektovány faktory, které migraci nejvíce ovlivňovaly. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a analytickou část. Praktická část prezentuje poznatky, které jsou nutné k plnému pochopení zkušenosti ukrajinských sester. V této části jsou podrobně popsané procesy vedoucí k migraci a obdržení uznání způsobilosti k výkonu zdravotnického povolání. Následně jsou prezentované relevantní poznatky k migraci nelékařských zdravotnických pracovníků ze světového kontextu. Analytická část je zaměřena na provedený výzkum. Tvorba dat probíhala přes narativní rozhovory s 9 informanty, kteří byli do výzkumu zařazeni pomocí metody sněhová koule. Následující analýza získaných informací byla uskutečněna pomocí zakotvené teorie. Zkušenosti informantů byly různorodé, ale spojoval je formální rámec, který následně umožnil vyčlenit souvislosti. Centrálním tématem výzkumu byl lidský faktor, který na jednu stranu ovlivňoval, jakým způsobem informanti vnímají a reagují na realitu, a na druhou stranu druh osob, které informant potká. The researched issue of this diploma thesis are the experience of Ukrainian nurses with migration to the Czech healthcare system using the Highly Qualified Employee Program and their following integration. Thesis is also containing description of Migration-related barriers are also described as well as reflection of the factors that have most affected migration. The work is divided into theoretical and analytical part. The practical part presents the knowledge that is necessary to fully understand the experience of Ukrainian nurses. This section describes in detail the processes leading to migration and obtaining recognition of to practice the medical profession. The end section of this part contain relevant findings on migration of nurses in global context. The analytical part is research focused. Data gathering was undertaken with 9 nurses using narrative interviews took. Participant were chosen using the snowball method. The following analysis of the information was performed using grounded theory. The informants' experiences were diverse. It was possible to saw connections between different themes because of formal framework.
