Tato bakalářská práce má za cíl zjistit a porovnat pracovní náplň sociálních pracovníků v komunitních a nekomunitních službách pro lidi s psychotickým duševním onemocněním. Je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části jsou pomocí odborné literatury charakterizovány psychotická duševní onemocnění, ústavní a komunitní péče a sociální pracovník, který pracuje s lidmi s psychotickým duševním onemocněním. Empirická část se věnuje výzkumu pracovní náplně sociálních pracovníků, kteří pracují v oblasti sociální práce s lidmi s duševním onemocněním, a to konkrétně v nestátní neziskové organizaci, v centru duševního zdraví, psychiatrické nemocnici a v domově se zvláštním režimem. This bachelor thesis aims to identify and compare the workload of social workers in community and non-community services for people with psychotic mental illness. It is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part, psychotic mental illnesses, institutional and community care and a social worker who works with people with psychotic mental illness are characterized with the help of professional literature. The empirical part is devoted to the research of the workload of social workers who work in the field of social work with people with mental illness, specifically in a non-governmental non-profit organization, a mental health center, a psychiatric hospital and a home with a special regime.
