[cze][eng] Postavení nevládních organizací v mezinárodním právu Abstrakt Nevládní organizace a zejména pak mezinárodní nevládní organizace jsou významným aktérem v mezinárodních vztahů, stejně tak jako státy, mezivládní organizace a nadnárodní korporace. Každý z těchto aktérů má v mezinárodních vztazích svoji úlohu, s různým dopadem na mezinárodní právo. Tato práce dopodrobna zmapovala mezinárodní nevládní organizace, od počátku jejich vzniku až do současnosti. Nevládní organizace byly rozčleněny a zatřízeny dle několika zvolených kritérií a vydefinovány. Ve své další části práce identifikovala skupinu nevládních organizací sui generis , které ačkoli jsou organizacemi nevládními, požívají mezinárodněprávní subjektivity. Práce byla pojata s prvky sociologické metody, tedy mnohem více se zaobírala skutečnostmi, proč daný dokument vznikl v takové podobě a jak je fakticky naplňován, spíše než jaký je obsah samotného dokumentu a jak by měl být vykládán. S ohledem na zvolenou metodu jsou zasazovány kauzální případy do historických souvislostí. Druhá část práce se zaobírala zejména organizacemi sportovními, které byly prvotním impulsem k sepsání této disertační práce. Práce nejen dopodrobna rozebrala, jak vybrané nevládní organizace fungují, ale i jaké jejich jednání mělo mezinárodní dopady. Poslední kapitola práce se...The Status of Non-governmental Organizations in International Law Abstract Non-governmental Organizations and particularly International Non-governmental Organizations are important players in international relations as well as other stakeholders like States, International Governmental Organizations and Multinational Corporations. Each of these actors has a unique role in international relations, with different impacts into the international law. This thesis has mapped international NGOs in detail, from the beginning of their origin to the present. NGOs were divided and classified according to several selected criteria and finally, the definition of NGOs was made. In the next part of the work, has been identified a group of non-governmental organizations sui generis. Although they are non-governmental organizations, enjoy international legal subjectivity. This thesis dealt with elements of the sociological method, so it dealt much more with the facts why the document was created in such a form and how it is actually fulfilled, rather than what is the content of the document itself and how it should be interpreted.
