Předmětem diplomové práce je zpracování stavebně technologického projektu pro stavbu bytového domu ve městě Olomouc s názvem Byty Lazecká. Obsahem práce je technická zpráva ke stavebně technologickému projektu se zpracováním způsobu realizace hlavních technologických etap. Dále projekt zařízení staveniště, jeho podrobný návrh a změny v průběhu výstavby. Řešení dopravních vztahů v okolí staveniště a možnosti dopravní obsluhy. Návrh stavebních strojů a mechanismů, technologický předpis a kontrolní a zkušební plán pro vodonepropustné betonové konstrukce spodní stavby. A v neposlední řadě položkový rozpočet a podrobný časový plán na hrubou stavbu hlavního stavebního objektu. The subject of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of a construction technological project for an apartment building Residence Lazecká in the city of Olomouc. The content of the work is a technical report on the construction technology project, with the elaboration of the method of implementation of the main technological stages. Furthermore, the project of construction site, its detailed design and changes during construction. Solution of traffic relations around the construction site and the possibility of traffic service. Design of construction machinery, technological regulation and control and test plan for waterproof concrete structures of substructures. And last but not least, an itemized budget and a detailed timetable (gantt chart) for the rough construction of the main building.
