Předmětem diplomové práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby hotelu na okraji městské časti Chlum města Zlín. Objekt je navržen jako samostatně stojící v mírně svažitém terénu na parcele č. 1262. Hotel je situován bezbariérovým vchodem na jihozápad. Stavba má 3 nadzemní a 1 podzemní podlaží. Nachází se v ní celkem 14 hotelových pokojů a 3 apartmány z nichž jeden je řešen jako bezbariérový. V hotelu se nachází restaurace, wellness a posilovna. Konstrukčně je budova navržena jako tradiční zděná stavba. Obvodové zdivo, stejně jako vnitřní nosné zdivo je z cihelných tvárnic a obvodové suterénní zdivo je z betonových tvárnic ztraceného bednění. Objekt je opatřen kontaktním zateplovacím systémem ETICS a mezi okenními výplněmi je navržen estetický dřevěný obklad. Stropní konstrukce jsou navrženy jako železobetonové monolitické desky. Stavba je založena na základových pasech z prostého betonu. Zastřešení objektu nad 2NP je navrženo jako plochá vegetační střecha, nad 3NP jako plochá střecha s násypem z kameniva. The aim of the diploma thesis is to develop the design documentation for the construction of hotel on the outskirts Chlum, the district of of the city of Zlín. The building is designed as free-standing in a sloping terrain on plot no. 1262. The hotel is situated with a barrier-free entrance to the southwest. The building has a basement and 3 above-ground floors. There are a total of 14 rooms and 3 suites, one of which is designes as a barrier free. In the hotel there is restaurant, wellness and gym. The structure of the building is proposed as traditional masonry building. The external walls as well as internal walls are from brick blocks and the external walls in the basement are from concrete blocks of permanent formwork. The building is equipped with a contact thermal insulation system ETICS and an aesthetic wooden cladding is designed between the windows. The ceiling structures are designed as a reinforced concrete monolithic slabs. The building is based on foundation strips made of plain concrete. The roof structure above 2NP is designed as a flat vegetation roof, above 3NP as a flat roof with an aggregate embankment.
