Předmětem této diplomové práce je návrh novostavby knihovny a vypracování projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Knihovna je umístěna v obci Jiříkovice na téměř rovinné parcele. Objekt je řešen jako samostatně stojící s podzemním podlažím a se dvěma nadzemními podlažími. Nadzemní část objektu obsahuje knihovnu, administrativu a kavárnu. Jednotlivá podlaží jsou propojena schodišti a výtahem. Podzemní část objektu obsahuje archiv, sklady a technické zázemí. Konstrukční systém tvoří železobetonový skelet s výplňovým zdivem z cihelných bloků. Vodorovné nosné konstrukce jsou lokálně podepřené monolitické železobetonové desky. Fasádu objektu tvoří zateplovací systém s minerální tepelnou izolací v kombinaci s dřevěným obkladem. Objekt je zastřešen jednoplášťovou plochou vegetační střechou. The subject of this diploma thesis is the design of a new library and the elaboration of project documentation for the construction. The library is located on the outskirts of the village Jiříkovice on a flat plot. The building is designed as a detached building with an underground floor and two above-ground floors. The individual floors are connected by staircases and a lift. The above-ground part of the building contains library, office part and café. The underground part of the building contains archive, stores and technical facilities. The structural system of a building is designed from cast-in-place concrete frame with filling from ceramic blocks. Horizontal structural system is from cast-in-place reinforced concrete point-supported slabs. Part of facade is from wood and part is with contact thermal insulation system with mineral wool insulation. Roof construction is designed as flat green roof.
