Předmětem této diplomové práce je vypracování určených částí projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby dle přílohy č. 13 k vyhlášce č. 499/2006 Sb. Jedná se o objekt občanské vybavenosti – mateřskou školu. Ta bude složená celkem ze 4 tříd, z nichž každá má své vlastní hygienické a skladovací zázemí. Součástí objektu je i vlastní kuchyně s jídelnou, která bude sloužit pro přípravu stravy přímo v objektu. Objekt je určen pro celkem 80 dětí, 8 učitelů a 3 kuchaře. Celý koncept návrhu dbá (mj.) zejména na ekonomiku celé stavby ať už svým dispozičním řešením, materiálovým řešením nebo technickým zařízením budovy. Dispoziční řešení vychází především z velikosti, orientace a svažitosti stavebního pozemku. Pozemek má výrazný jak podélný, tak i příčný sklon a tomu odpovídá rozložení hmot objektu. Pozemek je poměrně úzký obdélník a jeho mnohonásobně delší strana je rovnoběžná s uliční čárou. The subject of this diploma thesis is elaborating specific parts of detailed deisgn for building kindergarten in Hustopeče according to Annex No. 13 to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. The thesis deals with a object of public services - a kindergarten. This kindergarten will consist of a total of 4 classrooms, each of which has its own sanitary and storage facilities. The building also includes its own kitchen with a dining room, which will be used for the preparation of meals on the premises. The building is designed for a total of 80 children, 8 teachers and 3 chefs. The whole design concept takes into consideration, among other things, the economy, whether in its layout, material solution or technical equipment of the building. The layout is based primarily on the size, orientation, and slope of the building plot. The land has a significant longitudinal as well as transverse slope and the distribution of the building's masses corresponds to this. The plot is a relatively narrow rectangle, and its much longer side is parallel to the street line.
