Cílem diplomové práce Problematika školní nezralosti očima učitelek 1. stupně ZŠ je v teoretické části shrnout dosavadní poznatky z odborné literatury týkající se problematiky školní zralosti a školní připravenosti a jejich kontroverze a následně v empirické části zjistit, jaké problémy učitelé základních škol v oblasti tohoto tématu pociťují a jakým způsobem je řeší. Práce je rozčleněna na teoretickou a praktickou část. V části teoretické jsou shrnuty stěžejní poznatky o zvoleném tématu, v části praktické je prezentován vlastní kvalitativní výzkum. Výzkum byl veden formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s učiteli 1. stupně základní školy. Rozhovory byly následně přepsány a analyzovány. Analýzou rozhovorů bylo zjištěno, že zkušenosti pedagogů se školní nezralostí žáků 1. stupně jsou velmi pestré. Nejčastěji se oslovení pedagogové setkávali s neschopností dítěte odloučit se od rodičů a s nedostatky v komunikačních schopnostech. Většina pedagogů nejčastěji uváděla v oblasti podpory dětí nedostatečně zralých pro školu individuální přístup. Za negativní jev lze považovat, že většina oslovených škol nemá přípravný program pro budoucí prvňáčky. Jako návrh pro praxi jsem uvedla, aby měli pedagogové prvních tříd automaticky k dispozici asistenta pedagoga - právě asistenta pedagoga hodnotili všichni oslovení... The aim of the diploma thesis Problems of the school immaturity through the eyes of the primary school teachers is to summarize in the theoretical part the existing knowledge of the literature on school maturity and school readiness and their controversy and then in the empirical part to find out what problems primary school teachers feel in this area and how they solves them. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part summarizes the key findings on the chosen topic, the practical part presents its own qualitative research. The research was conducted in the form of semi-structured interviews with primary school teachers. The interviews were then transcribed and analyzed through grounded theory. The analysis of the interviews revealed that the experience of teachers with the school immaturity of primary school pupils is very diverse. Most often addressing teachers met with the inability to separate the child from the parents and deficiencies in communication skills. Most educators most often mentioned an individual approach to supporting children not sufficiently mature for school.
