Článek se zabývá studií rodinného domu postaveného roku 1946 pro ubytování dělnické třídy Baťových závodů, a to z hlediska dynamiky energetických toků a vnitřního prostředí. Metoda výzkumu byla založena na vytvoření virtuálního dvojčete domu ve výpočetním programu BSim a provedení simulací, které byly částečně validovány prostřednictvím porovnávání s naměřenými hodnotami. Příspěvek vychází z aktivit realizovaných v rámci semestrální práce doktorského studia a soustředí se na objekt z hlediska energetické analýzy, variantního řešení úprav majících vliv na úsporu energie a kvalitu vnitřního mikroklima. Závěr zahrnuje kromě komentáře řešených úprav také zhodnocení z ekonomického hlediska. The article deals with the research of the family house built in 1946 by the Baťa plant. This semi-detached house is examined in terms of the dynamics of heat flows and the internal environment. The workflow was to create a virtual model of a house and validate it via values obtained from measuring. Danish software BSim was chosen for modeling and simulating the behavior of the examined object. The paper is based on activities from the term paper created in the first semester of doctoral studies and focuses on energy analysis, alternative solutions to energy savings, and the quality of the indoor microclimate. The conclusion presents a commentary of the solved adjustments with the evaluation from the economic point of view.
