Rigorózní práce je věnována oblasti právní regulace překážek v práci na straně zaměstnance ve světle koronavirové krize v České republice. Cílem rigorózní práce však není pouze poskytnout zevrubnou právní analýzu, ale rovněž poukázat na širší praktické a právní souvislosti koronavirové pandemie ve vztahu k vybraným překážkám v práci na straně zaměstnance. Účel této rigorózní práce dále směřuje k identifikaci interpretačních nejasností ve vztahu k právní úpravě vybraných překážek v práci na straně zaměstnance se zaměřením na právní úpravu přijatou během a v souvislosti s koronavirovou pandemií. Jedním z cílů této práce je, tam kde je to vhodné, taktéž představit vlastní návrhy legislativních úprav de lege ferenda. Rigorózní práce se skládá z celkem jedenácti kapitol. První kapitola má sloužit jako úvod do problematiky překážek v práci, načež navazuje druhá kapitola věnovaná základním charakteristickým znakům překážek v práci. Následuje kapitola, která představí základní zdroje právní úpravy institutu překážek v práci. V pořadí čtvrtá a pátá kapitola poskytují čtenáři základní přehled překážek v práci a jejich dělení. Cílem následující, šesté kapitoly je zmapovat právní a praktické důsledky spojené se vznikem překážky v práci. Tímto se dostáváme k nosným kapitolám této práce (sedmé, osmé a deváté),... The rigorous thesis deals with the legal regulation of the obstacles to work on the part of the employee in connection with the coronavirus crisis in the Czech Republic. The goal of the rigorous thesis is not only to provide for detailed legal analysis, but also address both practical and legal implications of the coronavirus pandemic with respect to the selected obstacles to work on the part of the employee. Furthermore, the purpose of the rigorous thesis is to identify and point out legal ambiguities within the legislation concerned with the selected obstacles to work on the part of the employee with the emphasis on the newly adopted pieces of legislation in response to the coronavirus pandemic. In addition, the thesis also aims to provide for author's suggestions for legislative improvements when deemed appropriate. The rigorous thesis consists of eleven chapters. The first chapter ought to be considered as an introduction of the legal concept of the obstacles to work, while the second chapter provides for characteristic features of the obstacles to work. The third chapter maps sources of law pertinent to the concept of the obstacles to work.
