Cílem práce je zhodnotit úroveň motorických dovedností u dětí a adolescentů věnujících se judu a taekwondu a zjistit, zda se úroveň motorických dovedností liší mezi dětmi s podezřením na riziko poruchy ADHD (z angl. Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) v porovnání s dětmi bez tohoto rizika. Dalším cílem je zhodnotit úroveň pozornosti a zjistit, zda koreluje s úrovní motorických dovedností. Studie se zúčastnilo celkem 65 probandů ve věku 9 - 13 let. Experimentální skupiny tvořily děti věnující se závodně judu (n = 35), děti věnující se závodně taekwondu (n = 19) a děti absolvující hodiny taekwonda v rámci tělesné výchovy a zájmového kroužku (n = 11). Pro zhodnocení motorických dovedností byl vybrán Test Movement Assessment Battery for Children 2. K odhalení podezření na riziko poruchy ADHD byl zvolen Test Go/NoGo a úroveň pozornosti byla vyšetřena pomocí Testu pozornosti d2. Signifikantní rozdíl ve prospěch judistů byl nalezen mezi výsledky motorických dovedností dětí a adolescentů v porovnání se závodní skupinou taekwondistů, kde p = 0,045 a také ve výsledcích jednotlivých komponent, a to v komponentě rovnováhy (p = 0,051). The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the level of motor skills in children and adolescents dealing with judo and taekwondo and to determine whether the level of motor skills differs between children with a suspected risk of ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) compared to children without this risk. Another aim of this study is to evaluate the level of attention and find out whether it correlates with the level of motor skills. A total of 65 probands aged 9-13 years participated in the study. The experimental groups consisted of children competing in judo (n = 35), children practicing taekwondo (n = 19) and children attending taekwondo classes in physical education and hobby groups (n = 11). The Movement Assessment Battery for Children 2 test was chosen to test motor skills. To detect a suspected risk of ADHD was used the Test Go / NoGo and the level of attention was tested by theTest of attention d2.
