Diplomová práce pojednává o torakotomických operacích a jejich vlivu na změny dynamiky hrudníku. Pacienti po torakotomických operacích nebývají indikováni k ambulantní rehabilitaci. Diplomová práce sleduje, jak se mění dynamika hrudníku po daných operacích a sleduje vývoj těchto změn v čase bez dalšího zásahu v rámci ambulantní rehabilitace. Pacienti byli edukováni v rámci hospitalizace a obdrželi speciálně připravený brožura o vhodném pohybovém režimu. Teoretická část se věnuje plicním operacím, možnostem zásahu respirační fyzioterapie u daných pacientů. Praktická část sleduje vliv plicních operací na expanze hrudníku, vývoj bolesti u pacientů pomocí dotazníků bolesti (pomocí Vizuální stupnice intenzity bolesti a Dotazníku interference bolestí s denními aktivitami) a vliv operace na pacienty v rámci posouzení kvality života pomocí dotazníku WHOQOL BREF. This theses discusses thoracic surgeries and their effect on thoracic kinematics since those patients aren't usually indicated for outpatients physiotherapy. Theses observes the changes of thoracic kinematice in time withnout the interference of outpatient physiotherapy. Patients were acquainted during their hospitalization and they received a flyer. The theoretical part focuses on thoracic surgeries, options of respiratory physiotherapy and effects of thoracic surgeries on patients. The practical part observers the effect of thoracic surgery on chest expansion, development of pain (using Visual pain scale and Questionnaire of pain interference with daily activities) and effect of the surgery on quality of life using WHOQOL BREF questionnaire.
