V této bakalářské práci se zabývám zkušenosti klientů s diagnózou hraniční porucha osobnosti v rámci systému péče o duševně nemocné v České republice. V teoretické části práce představím základní projevy hraniční poruchy osobnosti, její typický vývoj, diagnostická kritéria a léčbu. Následně více rozeberu problematiku stigmatizace HPO, neboť patří k nejvíce stigmatizovaným psychickým onemocněním ze strany lékařů a zaměřím se na rozbor možných příčin. V druhé části představím současným stav systému péče o duševně nemocné v ČR, přičemž se detailněji zaměřím na současně probíhající reformu a na konkrétní možnosti léčby, které nyní klient s HPO v ČR má. V empirické části představím konkrétní zkušenosti osmi respondentů, kterým byla diagnostikována HPO v rámci systému péče o duševně nemocné v ČR. Realizovala jsem s nimi hloubkové polostrukturované rozhovory s prvky rozhovoru narativního, které jsem následně podrobila tematické analýze. Nejdříve uvedu jejich celkové výpovědi, od zrodu potíží po současnost. Následně budu prezentovat výsledky tematické analýzy, v níž jsem rozebírala čtyři témata: stigmatizace, informovanost, hospitalizace, léčba zaměřená na HPO. Z výzkumných zjištění vyplývá, že prožívaná stigmatizace klientů v kombinaci s nedostatkem psychoedukace jim velmi často brání v pokroku na cestě... In this bachelor's thesis I focus on the experience of clients with the diagnosis of borderline personality disorder (BPD) in the system of care for the mentally ill in the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part of the work I will first introduce the basic manifestations of borderline personality disorder, its typical development, diagnostic criteria, and treatment. Subsequently, I will focus on the stigmatization of BPD, as it is one of the most stigmatized mental illnesses, usually by people working in professional care. I will focus on the analysis of the possible causes of this stigmatization. I will then introduce the current system of care for the mentally ill in the Czech Republic. I will then focus in more detail on the ongoing reform and the specific treatment options that the client with BPD in the Czech Republic now has. In the empirical part I will present the specific experiences of eight respondents who were diagnosed with BPD in the system of care for the mentally ill in the Czech Republic. I carried out in-depth semi-structured interviews with elements of the narrative interview, which I subsequently subjected to a thematic analysis.
