v českém jazyce ABSTRAKT Cílem této diplomové práce je analýza a následný popis toho, jak probíhá spolupráce mezi pedagogickými pracovníky na vybrané malotřídní škole, jakým způsobem funguje spolupráce v praxi. Teoretická část této práce se věnuje charakteristice malotřídních škol na našem území, dále se zaměřuje na osobnost učitele, na prostředí a klima, ve kterém pedagogičtí pracovníci spolupracují. V poslední kapitole teoretické části uvádím spolupráci jako téma. Jsou zde definovány základní pojmy, které se spoluprací mezi pedagogickými pracovníky na malotřídní škole souvisí. Mezi takové pojmy patří malotřídní škola, osobnost učitele, profesní rozvoj, klima a prostředí školy, spolupráce. V teoretické části je zmíněna spolupráce mezi asistentem pedagoga a učitelem, protože v dnešní době je asistent nedílnou součástí pedagogického sboru. Empirická část práce obsahuje případovou studii vybrané malotřídní školy, jak na této škole konkrétně spolupráce probíhá. V práci se využívají tyto metody sběru: pozorování, rozhovor a dotazníkové šetření. Následuje analýza získaných dat a vyhodnocení situace. Tento výzkum ukázal zajímavé výsledky, v empirické části se využívají poznatky z teoretické části. KLÍČOVÁ SLOVA klima školy, učitelský sbor, vedení, spolupráce učitelů, malotřídní škola v anglickém jazyce ABSTRACT This thesis aims to analyze and describe how the cooperation of pedagogical workers in selected a Little Class School, how cooperation works in practice. The theoretical part deals mainly with characteristic of Little Class school in the Czech republic, further focuses on teacher's personality, on the school climate and its environment where pedagogical employees work together. In the last chapter of theoretical part, cooperation as a topic is mentioned. It defines the basic concepts that are related to cooperation between educators. These concepts include Little Class school, teacher personality, professional development, climate and school environment, cooperation. In the theoretical part, cooperation between teacher and teaching assistant is also mentioned. The empirical part of the thesis contains a case study of a selected a Little Class school and how the cooperation takes place at this school. In the diploma thesis, these collection methods were used: observation, interview and questionnaire. Following is an analysis of the data collected and an assessment of the situation.
