Tato práce se zabývá olympijskými hrami, které se uskutečnily na území Francie. Zároveň se stručně věnuje antickým olympijským hrám a zaměřuje se na historický kontext her novodobých. V následujících kapitolách se zaměřím na letní olympijské hry, které se udály v roce 1900 a 1924, a zimní hry, které proběhly v roce 1924, 1968 a 1992. Dále budu věnovat pozornost historickému kontext těchto her, jednotlivým disciplínám, které byly jejich součástí a účastníkům, kteří na konkrétní hry dorazili. Také se zaměřím na vítěze jednotlivých disciplín, potažmo sportů. V závěru každé kapitoly se budu zabývat výsledky francouzských a českých nebo československých sportovců na olympijských hrách ve Francii. Nakonec se budu věnovat nejlepším českým nebo československým a francouzským sportovcům na všech hrách. K tomu využívá dostupných knižních publikací, databází, dokumentů a výsledků vydaných Mezinárodním olympijským výborem. At the same time, it briefly focuses on the ancient Olympic Games and focuses on the historical context of those modern games. It also deals in detail with the Summer Olympic Games, which took place in 1900 and 1924, and the Winter Games, which took place in 1924, 1968 and 1992. It focuses on the historical context of these games, the disciplines/competitions and the participants, which arrived at specific games. It also deals with the winners of individual disciplines. At the end of each chapter, it discusses the results of French and Czech or Czechoslovak athletes at the Olympic Games in France. Finally, it deals with the best Czech or Czechoslovakian and French athletes at all games.
