Právní řád Českobratrské církve evangelické - dějiny a současnost Cílem této práce je shromáždit dostupné prameny týkající se právního řádu Českobratrské církve evangelické od vzniku ČCE v roce 1918 do současnosti s přihlédnutím k právním dějinám evangelické církve v Předlitavsku od roku 1848 do konce první světové války, provést jejich kritickou analýzu a podat syntézu vývoje církevního zřízení a řádů Českobratrské církve evangelické, přičemž kritérii rozpracování jednotlivých dějových linií jsou především historická relevance a praktická použitelnost získaných poznatků při naplňování Strategického plánu ČCE z roku 2019. Práce se skládá z úvodu, tří částí a závěru. První část (1848-1922) ve čtyřech kapitolách traktuje právní dějiny evangelické církve v Předlitavsku od revolučních let 1848/1849 do zániku Rakouska-Uherska, vzniku Československa a ustavení Českobratrské církve evangelické. Zvláštní pozornost přitom věnuje okolnostem vzniku církevního zřízení z roku 1861, snahám českojazyčných českých a moravských evangelíků obojího vyznání (augsburského i helvetského) o jeho změnu, hnutí českých evangelíků v letech 1917/1918, které vyústilo ve vznik ČCE, a procesu vzniku církevního zřízení z roku 1922. The Legal Order of the Evangelical Church of Czech Brethren - History and Present The aim of this thesis is to gather available sources concerning the legal order of the Evangelical Church of Czech Brethren (ECCB) since its establishment in 1918 to the present day. The sources used address the legal history of the Protestant Church in Cisleithania from 1848 until the end of World War I. A critical analysis of the sources is carried out to document the development of the church constitution and the orders of the ECCB. The criteria for the elaboration of individual storylines are primarily the historical relevance and the practical applicability of the information regarding the ECCB Strategic Plan of 2019. The thesis consists of an introduction, followed by three parts, and a conclusion. The first part, (1848-1922), comprises four chapters covering the legal history of the Protestant Church in Cisleithania from the revolutionary years 1848/1849 until the dissolution of Austria-Hungary and the establishment of both Czechoslovakia and the ECCB.
