Regionální diferenciace chmelařství v Česku s důrazem na vývoj v chmelařských oblastech a chmelařské poloze Údolí Zlatého potoka Abstrakt Tato práce se zabývá analýzou chmelařství v Česku, vývojem chmelařských oblastí a modelového území. Chmelařství je s Českem spojováno po staletí, mnohdy i s navazujícím oborem, pivovarnictvím, a dlouhodobě se nachází mezi špičkou producentů z celého světa. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit aktuální vývojový trend uvnitř chmelařských oblastí a důvody výrazného úbytku chmelnic. Výzkum je dále zaměřen na výjimečnou polohu Údolí Zlatého potoka, dlouhodobě úspěšnou v rámci Česka. S využitím získaných informací jsou nastíněny cesty, kterými se chmelařství může dále v budoucnu ubírat. Hop industry relates to Czechia for centuries, together with the beer industry, and takes place at the top of the producers in the world for quite a long time. The main object of this thesis is to find current trends in development inside of the hop regions and explain the causes of decreasing trend of the hop gardens. The following research focuses on one of the exceptional growing subregions, Golden Creek Valley, for a long time one of the best performing in Czechia.
