Cíl práce: Cílem této práce bylo na základě dotazníkového šetření zjistit názory respondentů, zda kouření cigaret, elektronických cigaret a užívání zahřívaného tabáku ovlivňuje tělesnou hmotnost, včetně pohlavních rozdílů. Sekundárním cílem bylo zjistit s jakou pravděpodobností nahrazují respondenti, kteří vapují EC či užívají zahřívaný tabák kvůli variabilitě příchutí, jídlo nebo svačinu EC nebo zahřívaným tabákem. Metody: Anonymní on-line dotazník sestávající z 18 otázek byl v termínu od 21.4.2021 do 31.3.2021 šířen prostřednictvím sítě Facebook v zájmových skupinách Spolucestování, Kolej 17. listopadů a 1. LF UK Nutriční terapeuti a také přes diskusní fóra webů eMimino a Mamaguru. Dotazníkového šetření se mohli zúčastnit pouze jedinci, kteří kouří cigarety, vapují elektronické cigarety s nikotinem nebo užívají zahřívaný tabák. Dotazník byl vyplněn 190 respondenty, přičemž pro neúplnost odpovědí nebo nesplnění vstupních kritérií bylo vyloučeno 6 respodentů. Finální soubor zahrnuje 184 respondentů. Výsledky: Soubor 184 respondentů tvořil 101 žen a 83 mužů. Průměrný věk souboru byl 27,63 ± 8,20 let, průměrný věk žen 27,10 ± 7,53 let, průměrný věk mužů 28,27 ± 8,96 let. Z výsledku vyplývá, že 34% respondentů si myslí, že kouření či vapování pomáhá snižovat hmotnost. Obavy ze zvýšení tělesné... Abstract Aim of the work: The aim of this work was based on a questionnaire survey to find out the respondents' views on whether smoking cigarettes, electronic cigarettes and the use of heated tobacco affects body weight, including gender differences. The secondary aim was determined with any likelihood of replacing respondents who vape EC or use heated tobacco according to a variable flavor, food, or snack of EC or heated tobacco. Methods: An anonymous online questionnaire consisting of 18 questions was spreaded via Facebook in the Spolucestování, Kolej 17. listopadů and 1. LF UK Nutriční terapeuti interest groups from 21 April 2021 to 31 March 2021, as well as through the discussion forums of the eMimino and Mamaguru websites. Only individuals who smoke cigarettes, vape electronic cigarettes with nicotine or use heated tobacco could participate in the questionnaire survey. The questionnaire was completed by 190 respondents. , while 6 respondents were excluded due to incomplete answers or failure to meet the entry criteria. The final set includes 184 respondents.
