cze Abstract:
Aim of this bachelor's thesis is to analyze woman figure and amorous theme in Leopardi's Canti. In the introduction there is author's medaillon which is divided into family relationships and childhood, studies, significant amorous flare ups and important stays that affected Leopardi's work and where he met different women for whom he kept deeper feelings. Next part of thesis reprezents passages from Zibaldone that illustrate Leopardi's perception of love, woman and author's poetics from which we will derive our analysis of poems. In analytic part of thesis we will analyze five selected poems from Canti with women characters and amorous theme. In analyses we observe development of woman's image and change in perception of love from lyrical subject's and, due to autobiographical poems, author's position.
