Bakalářská práce se zabývá dvěma díly, která byla zveřejněna v bezprostřední době po nacistické okupaci, románem Život s hvězdou (1949) Jiřího Weila a filmem Daleká cesta (1949) Alfréda Radoka. Cílem práce je interpretace příznačných motivů prolínajících se oběma díly a následná komparace výsledků s vybranými dobovými kritikami. Tím práce poskytuje pohled na motivy a postupy, jakými obě díla narušovala kánon vytyčený nově zavedeným socialistickým realismem. Klíčová slova Jiří Weil, Alfréd Radok, Život s hvězdou, Daleká cesta, holokaust, Židé a Češi The bachelor's thesis focuses on two pieces, published immediately after the occupation, the novel Life with a Star (1949) from Jiří Weil and the film Distant Journey by Alfréd Radok. The aim of this thesis is to interpret typical motives occuring in both pieces and the subsequent comparison of our results with demonstrated criticsm at the time. Thus the work provides a look at motifs and devices both pieces disturbed the canon set by the newly introduced cosialist realism.
