Bakalářská práce zkoumá vliv pandemické krize COVID-19 na well-being sociálních pracovníků pracující s migranty v Praze, Středočeském, Jihomoravském a Plzeňském kraji. Teoretická část práce se věnuje vymezení základních pojmů a teoretickému ukotvení práce, praktickou část pak představuje kvalitativní výzkum. Pro splnění výzkumného cíle a zodpovězení výzkumných otázek byla data sbírána formou online a osobních individuálních rozhovorů se sociálními pracovníky pracujícími s migranty v sociálních službách, jejichž hlavní cílovou skupinu představují právě migranti. Závěr bakalářské práce formuluje doporučení směřované vedoucím pracovníkům ohledně efektivní péče o duševního zdraví sociálních pracovníků pracujících s migranty během pandemické krize. Theoretical part of the thesis defines basic terms and provides theoretical anchoring of the thesis. The empirical part of the thesis is represented by a qualitative research. The data have been collected via individual online or face-to-face interviews with social workers working in social services with migrants as a primary target group.
