Bakalářská práce se zabývá spokojeností studentů s online pedagogickými praxemi, konkrétně faktory, které udávají pociťovanou kvalitu online pedagogických praxí a ovlivňují spokojenost studentů s jejich průběhem. Práce vymezuje učitelskou profesi s důrazem na přípravu studentů učitelství a rozvoj jejich profesní identity, dále se zaměřuje na praktickou přípravu učitelů a její problémy v českém vzdělávacím kontextu. Pozornost je věnována spokojenosti studentů učitelství s pedagogickými praxemi a subjektivním ukazatelům jejich kvality. Poté jsou identifikovány aspekty pedagogických praxí, které udávají jejich pociťovanou kvalitu a ovlivňují spokojenost studentů s jejich průběhem na základě poznatků, které souvisí s povahou praktické přípravy učitelů. Tyto poznatky jsou propojeny se specifiky online podoby pedagogických praxí a online výuky. Součástí této práce je kvalitativní empirické šetření, které cílí na identifikaci faktorů ovlivňujících spokojenost studentů učitelství Pedagogické fakulty Univerzity Karlovy s online pedagogickými praxemi. The bachelor thesis deals with teacher students' satisfaction with online pedagogical internships. The factors that indicate the quality of online pedagogical practices and affect students' satisfaction with them are identified in the following paper. Firstly, it defines the teaching profession with emphasis on the practical professional preparation of teacher students and the development of their professional identity. It is followed by describing teacher training and its problems in the Czech educational context. Furthermore, the paper pays attention to the satisfaction of student teachers with pedagogical practices. It identifies aspects of pedagogical internships that indicate their perceived quality and influence students' satisfaction with them. Then the specifics of online pedagogical practices and synchronous online teaching are described in the mentioned context. The qualitative empirical study, which aims to identify the factors that affect student satisfaction with online teaching internships at the Faculty of Education, Charles University, is included.
