[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce má za cíl zjistit názory a postoje rezidentů obce Karlštejn k cestovnímu ruchu. Pro dosažení tohoto cíle je využita zejména metoda polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, dále také mapování funkčního využití budov. Práce v úvodu představuje turismus, související literaturu a vybrané termíny spojené s ním, možné způsoby, jak k němu přistupovat a dopady, které může pro konkrétní destinaci mít. Případová studie se pak věnuje turismu v Karlštejně, a to především jeho vnímání rezidenty, kteří hrají v cestovním ruchu důležitou roli. V závěru jsou výsledky výzkumu shrnuty a porovnány se situací v podobných destinacích. In particular, the method of semi-structured conversations, as well as the mapping of the functional use of buildings, is used to achieve this goal. The work in the introduction presents tourism, related literature and selected terms associated with it, possible ways to access it and the impacts it can have on a particular destination. The case study then focuses on tourism in Karlštejn, especially its perception by residents, who play an important role in tourism.
