Tato práce se zaměřuje na problematiku úrazového a životního pojištění. Snaží se objasnit základní pojmy a otázky životního pojištění, popsat samotné fungování i klady a zápory tohoto oboru. Obecně popisuje pojištění a jeho historii, včetně právních úprav a daňových výhod. V neposlední řadě se nezapomíná zmínit o riziku a jeho členění, kvůli kterému se lidé pojišťují. This bachelor work is devoted to the questions of casualty and life assurance. It seeks to clar up the basic notions and tasks of the life assurance and describes the function, positives and negatives of this branch by itself. It describes assurance generaly, history of assurance iclusive legal regulations and tax advantages. Last but not least, it mentions the risk (and its segmentation), which is the actual reason, why people assure themselves.
