Název: Vliv ploché nohy na stabilitu hlezna u hráčů florbalu. Cíle: Cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit, zda má vliv plochá noha na stabilitu hlezenního kloubu u florbalistů. Nastínit problematiku chronické nestability hlezna a další patologie v oblasti nohy včetně možností terapeutického zásahu. Shrnout výsledky práce a získat výstupní informace z tohoto experimentu pro fyzioterapeuty, trenéry i samotné hráče. Metody: Byla vypracována literární rešerše pro získání teoretických východisek práce. Na základě aspekčního vyšetření podélného klenutí nohy a vstupní ankety, bylo záměrně vybráno 10 probandů ve věku od 22 do 29 let florbalového týmu TJ Tatran Střešovice. Byly vytvořeny dvě skupiny probandů, a to skupina s podélným plochonožím a bez podélného plochonoží. Pro účely diplomové práce byla sestavena testovací baterie a na základě skórovacích "trestných" bodů přičítány body za patologie v měřených parametrech. Skupiny byly dále porovnávány v Star Excursion Balance Testu, který stanovil index dynamické stability nohy. Výsledky: Výsledek experimentu prokázal, že plochá noha má vliv na stabilitu hlezenního kloubu, jelikož skupina probandů bez podélného plochonoží dosáhla v testovací baterii o 31% lepší výsledky, než skupina probandů s podélným plochonožím. Objectives: The main aim of this thesis is to determine whether a flat feet has any effects on the floorball players' ankle joint stability. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on the chronic ankle instability, other leg pathologies and on the options of therapeutic interventions. Eventually, the thesis provides summary and output data for physiotherapist, sport couches and the examined players. Methods: First a literature study was conducted to establish a theoretical framework. Based on the feature/aspect examination of longitudinal foot arching and an initial questionnaire 10 particular subjects aged 22 to 29 were selected, all of them form the TJ Tatran Střešovice team. The subjects were divided in 2 groups - with longitudinal flat feet and without longitudinal flat feet pathology. The examined subjects were scored with negative points according to occurrence of any pathologies. Both groups were also benchmarked in the Star Excursion Balance Test that determined feet dynamic stability index.
