POSPÍŠIL, Jiří. Fyzická kondice ve vztahu k psychickým změnám pilota během letu jeden proti jednomu. Praha: Fakulta tělesné výchovy a sportu Univerzity Karlovy, 2013. Počet stran 113. Rigorózní práce. Systém výcviku pilotů, tak jak je dnes prezentován a také veden na 21. Základně taktického letectva, má patrné nedostatky. Na základě potřeby revitalizace výcviku byla vytvořena tato rigorózní práce. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jaký vliv má fyzická aktivita na vzdušný manévrový boj a na psychiku jedinců respektive do jaké míry ovlivňuje vzdušný manévrový boj psychiku jedince. Dále byl sledován také věk, počet odsloužených let, počet nalétaných hodin a fyzická úroveň ve vztahu k faktorům dotazníku POMS. V neposlední řadě byl pomocí dotazníku MMPI-2 zjištěn osobnostní profil pilotů. Předložená rigorózní práce byla zpracována ve formě pilotní studie. Byl sestaven dotazník pro sběr dat, který byl rozdělen na dvě části. Dotazníky typu POMS a MMPI-2 tvořil první část, ve které jedinci (piloti) hodnotili míru svých pocitů a odpovídali na soubor otázek u dotazníku MMPI-2. Na základě obdržených dat byly klasifikovány hlavní faktory ovlivňující změnu psychického stavu. The system of pilot training, as presented and carried out at the 21st Tactical Air Force Base, shows some apparent imperfections. To fulfil the need of revitalization has been written this Rigorous thesis. The objective of the thesis is to determine the influence of physical activity on the manoeuvring combat and the influence of close-range manoeuvring combat on the pilot's mental state. The age, number of years on duty, number of flight hours and physical state were also monitored in respect to factors of the POMS questionnaire. Pilots' personality profiles were determined using the MMPI-2 questionnaire. The thesis is formed as a pilot study. A questionnaire for data collection was designed, divided into two parts. In the first part, the respondents filled in the POMS and MMPI-2 questionnaires, qualifying their emotions and answering questions. Based on the data received, the main factors influencing changes in mental state were to be determined. The other part can be characterized as non-standardized.
