Teoretická část práce se zabývá současnými trendy moderní organizační architektury a jejich klady a zápory tak, jak je uvádějí různí autoři. Praktická část se zaměřuje na konkrétní organizační strukturu prodejního oddělení společnosti Vodafone CZ, analyzuje nedostatky současného stavu a navrhuje zlepšující řešení. The theoretical part focuses on actual trends of the modern organizational structure and its positive and negative sides as indicated by some of the relevant authors. The practical part focuses on the particular organizational structure of the retail sales department of the Vodafone CZ company. It analyses the defections of the present state and propounds improvements.
