Cílem této práce je rešerše a následná laboratorní příprava akrylátových (methakrylátových) monomerů na bázi poly(3-hydroxybutyrátu). Monomery byly připraveny dvoustupňovými syntézami, ve kterých v prvním kroku byl P3HB alkoholyzován pomocí vybraných alkoholů a následně byly reakcí s polymethylmethakrylátem připraveny jejich methakrylované deriváty. Vybrané alkoholy pro jednotlivé syntézy byly ethanol a ethylenglykol. Připraveny byly vcelku 4 látky, ethyl-3-hydroxybutyrát, 2-hydoxyethyl-3-hydroxybutyrát a jejich methakryláty. Velkou částí této práce je také analýza reakčních směsí, připravených látek a jejich následná charakteristika. Analýza byla provedena s využitím titračních a také i instrumentálních metod. Mezi instrumentální analytické metody využité v této práci patří gelová permeační chromatografie (GPC), infračervená spektroskopie (FTIR), nukleární magnetická rezonance (NMR), termogravimetrie (TGA) a diferenční skenovací kalorimetrie (DSC). Práce se také zabývá přípravou polymerů s využitím připravených methakrylátů jako surovin. Zesíťované polymery mají díky nízké teplotě skelného přechodu vlastnosti elastomeru. The main aim of this thesis is to research and prepare acrylic (methacrylic) monomers derived from poly(3-hydroxybutyrate). The monomers were prepared in two-step syntheses. In the first step P3HB was depolymerised with selected alcohols and afterwards, products of those syntheses were used as substrate and mixed with polymethylmethacrylate to produce their methacrylic derivates. The selected alcohols for the alcoholysis were ethanol and ethylene glycol. In total, four substances were prepared. Products of alcoholysis were ethyl-3- hydroxybutyrate, 2-hydroxyethyl-3-hydroxybutyrate and their methacrylic derivates. Significant part of this thesis is aimed towards the analysis of prepared substances and the analysis of reactions. In the process, titrations and instrumental methods, such as gel permeation chromatography (GPC), infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), thermogravimetry (TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) were used. This work describes preparation and analysis of polymers prepared from methacrylates from the mentioned syntheses. Cross-linked polymers, because of their low glass-transition temperature are elastomers.
