This diploma thesis is focused on the determination of chloramphenicol (CLF) by differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) on retractable-pen-based renewable silver amalgam film electrode (RAE). For the determination of chloramphenicol the optimum conditions were found. Under these conditions concentration dependences were measured and then limits of quantification were calculated. The effect of pH of Britton- Robinson buffer was tested and the stability of the signal with repeated measurements was monitored. For determination of CLF by DPV BR buffer pH 7 was chosen as an optimum background electrolyte. Under these conditions linear dependences were obtained in the concentration range of 1·10−5 −1·10−4 mol·dm−3 and 1·10−4 −8·10−4 mol·dm−3 . The limit of determination for CLF by DPV at 1,4·10−5 mol·dm−3 was found. Táto práca sa zaoberá stanovením chloramfenikolu (CLF) metódou diferenčnej pulznej voltampérometrie (DPV) na striebornej amalgámovej filmovej elektróde obnoviteľnej mechanizmom klikacieho pera (RAE). Boli nájdené optimálne podmienky pre stanovenie chloramfenikolu. Tie boli aplikované pri premeraní kalibračnej závislosti a následnom určení medze stanoviteľnosti. Bol sledovaný vplyv pH v prostredí Brittonovho-Robinsonovho pufru a stálosť signálu pri opakovaných meraniach. Pre stanovenie CLF technikov DPV bol ako optimálne prostredie vyhodnotený Brittonov-Robinsonov pufor o pH 7. Za týchto podmienok boli premerané koncentračné závislosti v rozsahu 1·10−5 −1·10−4 mol·dm−3 a 1·10−4 −8·10−4 mol·dm−3 . Medza stanoviteľnosti CLF bola určená na 1,4·10−5 mol·dm−3 pre techniku DPV.
