Název: Stanovení výkonnostních norem cviku leg tuck pro potřeby Armády České republiky. Cíl: Cílem práce je stanovit výkonností normy pro cvik leg tuck, který je součástí návrhu na nové profesní přezkoušení z tělesné přípravy. Metoda: Bylo použito standardizované testování a následné stanovení výkonnostních norem. Otestováno bylo celkem 702 vojáků z povolání ze tří různých vojenských útvarů, a to 44.lmopr Jindřichův Hradec, 25.plrp Strakonice a 14. plogp Pardubice. Testování cviku leg tuck se zúčastnili vojáci bez rozdílu věku či pohlaví, kdy bylo cílem provést co nejvyšší počet opakování. Byl kladen důraz na dodržení standardního testování, tedy podmínek dodržení především reliability a validity. Testování probíhalo v prvním čtvrtletí roku 2021. Následně proběhla analýza výsledků, a stanovení výkonnostních norem. Výsledky nesplňovaly normální rozložení dat, proto se muselo ustoupit od stanovení norem pomocí příslušných statistických metod. Vznikl tedy panel expertů, kteří výkonnostní normy stanovili na základě výsledků, které byly poskytnuty řešitelem. Výsledky: Výsledkem této bakalářské práce je stanovení výkonnostních norem pro vojáky účastnící se profesního přezkoušení z tělesné přípravy, tedy pro vojáky sloužící u pozemních a vzdušných sil. Title: Determination of leg tuck performance standards for the needs of the Army of the Czech Republic Goal: The aim of this study is to determinate performance standards for the leg tuck exercise, which is part of the proposal for a new physical examination. Method: Standardized testing was used to determine the performance standards. Subject of 702 soldiers from 3 different units was tested. The 3 units were 44.lmopr Jindřichův Hradec, 25.plrp Strakonice and 14. plogp Pardubice. Soldiers were tested regardless of their age or gender. The aim for every soldier was to perform as much possible repetitions of leg tuck as possible. All this in accordance with predetermined rules. One of the main focuses was to abide the rules of standardized testing, which mostly means to meet the conditions of validity and reliability. The testing took place from January to April 2021. Subsequently, the results were analyzed, and performance standards were set. The results did not meet the normal distribution of data, so the setting of standards using the appropriate statistical methods had to be abandoned.
