Název práce Vliv zimního přípravného období na explozivní sílu u amatérských fotbalistů Cíl práce Cílem práce je zjistit, jaký má vliv zimní přípravné období na explozivní sílu dolních končetin u fotbalistů na úrovni krajského přeboru (5. liga). Metody Kvantitativní výzkum byl proveden formou motorického testování fotbalového týmu Sokol Kolovraty (n = 20) v průběhu zimního přípravného období. Pro zjištění vývoje explozivní síly dolních končetin bylo vybráno 5 motorických testů: skok do výšky snožmo z místa, čtyřskok z nohy na nohu, skok daleký z místa odrazem snožmo, trojskok na levé/pravé noze, hluboký předklon ve stoji. V této práci se jedná o tzv. "cross-over" studii, neboli překříženou studii, kdy se tým rozdělil randomizací do dvou skupin A a B. Tento výzkum trval 8 týdnů. První polovinu výzkumu (4 týdny) prováděla skupina A silovou intervenci a skupina B prováděla odlišnou běžeckou intervenci. V polovině výzkumu si skupiny po kontrolním měření své intervence vyměnily. Výsledky Na základě Mix-design ANOVA mohu konstatovat, že výsledky prokázaly statistickou významnost silové intervence oproti běžecké intervenci bez silových cvičení. Ve všech testech na explozivní sílu dolních končetin došlo v období, kdy byla prováděna silová intervence k pozitivním změnám. Největší nárůst naměřených hodnot... Title The effect of the winter preparation period torwards the explosive power in amateur football players Objectives To find out what efect has preparation period on explosive power of lower limbs at football players of the regional championship level. Methods Quantitative research was held as a motorical testing of football team Sokol Kolovraty (n = 20) during winter preparation period. To determine the development of explosive power of the lower limbs was selected 5 motoric tests: High jump from the spot, Four jump from foot to foot, Long jump from the spot, Triple jump on the left (right) leg, Deep forward bend in standing position. This study was so-called "cross over" study, or as crossover study in which the team was divided by randomization info two groups, group A and a group B. The first half of the study (4 weeks) the group A performer strength intervention and the group B a different running intervention. In the middle of the research, after control measurements, the group exchanged their intervetnions. Results Based on the Mix-design ANOVA I can state the results showed the statistical significance of strength intervention compared to running intervention without strength exercise.
