Bakalářská práce Řízení sportu a ženy ve vedoucích pozicích analyzuje postoje a myšlení českých sportovních funkcionářek. Díky víceúrovňové struktuře, jež je dle zahraničních výzkumníků v daném tématu důležitá, se práce zaměřuje na individuální poznatky a zkušenosti žen, ale také na roli sportovních organizací v otázce nízkého zastoupení žen v jejich vedení a jakým způsobem sportovní prostředí a širší společenské procesy ovlivňují zapojení žen do vedení a řízení sportovních organizací. Metodou sběru dat byly polostrukturované rozhovory s předsedkyněmi sportovních svazů, komisí a výborů. Počty sportovců a sportovkyň se vyrovnávají, avšak zastoupení žen v rozhodovacích pozicích je stále velmi nízké. Téma genderové diverzity je ve sportovním prostředí stále častěji probíráno, konkrétně Mezinárodní olympijský výbor se za pomoci různých praktik snaží o osvětu a změnu v rámci daného tématu, přesto se však nedějí na tak vysoké úrovni jako v případě sportovců. Práce vychází z předpokladu, že sportovní prostředí je silně maskulinní, a že ženy jsou na základě genderových stereotypů považovány za nevhodné pro manažerské pozice. Teoretická část se věnuje obecným poznatkům, teoriím a dosavadním zjištěním zahraničních výzkumů věnující se danému tématu. V empirické části jsou analyzovány a interpretovány... Bachelor thesis Sport governance and women in leadership positions analyses the attitudes and thinking of Czech sports officials. Due to the multilevel structure, which is important according to foreign researchers in a given topic, the work focuses on individual knowledge and experience of women, but also on the role of sports organizations in low representation of women in their leadership and how a sport environment and wider social processes affect women's involvement in the management of sports organizations. The data collection method was semi-structured interviews with the chairpersons of sports associations, commissions and committees. The numbers of female athletes and male athletes are balanced, but the representation of women in decision-making positions is still very low. The topic of gender diversity is increasingly discussed in the sports environment, namely the International Olympic Committee, with the help of various practices, seeks to educate and make a changed within women's representation in decision-making positions, but they are not at such a high level as in the case of athletes. The work is based on the assumption that the sports environment is strongly masculine, and that women are considered inappropriate to managerial positions based on gender stereotypes.
