Anna Pavelková Název: Korelace pohybové aktivity, motoriky a plochonoží u dětí ve věku 7 - 15 let Cíl: Cílem diplomové práce je zmapovat stupeň pohybové aktivity vybrané věkové populace dětí, indikované k fyzioterapii, na základě dotazníku o pohybové aktivitě PAQ- C. Sledovat, zda u dětí s plochonožím shledáme pohybovou aktivitu na stupni 1 a 2 (nízká pohybová aktivita), z 5 možných, na základě dotazníku PAQ-C. Dále objektivizovat plochonoží pomocí podoskopu, a určit stupeň plochonoží podle Klementy. Potvrdit/vyvrátit vliv stupně plochonoží na dosažení percentilu (komponentního i celkového) testovací baterie MABC-2 při vyhodnocení motoriky (zejména pak rovnováhy a hrubé motoriky). Metody: Soubor 15 dětí ve věku ± 10 let s diagnostikovaným plochonožím (indikovaných k individuální, nebo skupinové fyzioterapii) tvořil výzkumný vzorek naší studie. Od probandů byl odebrán anamnestický dotazník, dotazník o pohybové aktivitě PAQ-C, fotografie plantogramu z podoskopu pomocí mobilního fotoaparátu Huawei P9 Lite (2017), umístěného na stativu. Stupeň plochonoží byl vyhodnocen podle Klementy na základě indexu Chippaux- Šmiřák v softwaru AutoCAD 2020. Vyšetření motoriky bylo provedeno pomocí standardizované testovací baterie MABC-2. Anna Pavelková Title: Correlation of physical activity, motor skills and flat feet in children aged 7-15 years Objectives: The aim of the diploma thesis is to map the level of physical activity of selected age population of children that were indicated for physiotherapy, based on a questionnaire of physical activity PAQ-C. To monitor whether we find physical activity at levels 1 and 2 out (low physicalactivity)outof 5 levelspossible in children with flatfeet,on the basisof the PAQ- C questionnaire. Further objectify the flatfeet using a podoscope, and determine the level of the flatfeet according to Clement. Confirm / disprove the effect of the level of flatfeet on the achievement of the percentile (component and total) of the test battery MABC-2 in the evaluation of motor skills (especially balance and gross motor skills). Methods: A group of 15 children aged ± 10 years with diagnosed flatfeet (indicated for individual or group physiotherapy) formed a research sample for our study. Probands filled out an anamnestic questionnaire and a questionnaire on physical activity PAQ-C.
