Bakalářská práce Legislativní "cosponsorship" síť PSP ČR za období 2017-2020 se bude zabývat vyobrazením a analýzou vztahů poslanců Poslanecké sněmovny Parlamentu ČR ve zkoumaném období, a to za pomoci údajů o předkládání návrhů zákonů. Základním východiskem pro teoretickou část práce je tvorba legislativních sítí. Práce nejprve představí samotnou podstatu využití legislativních sítí v oblasti politologie a poskytne demonstrativní výčet některých studií, které se již v minulosti zabývaly výzkumem vztahů mezi zákonodárci prostřednictvím legislativních sítí. Dále v této části bude definován pojem "cosponsorship", aby ho bylo možné vysvětlit v kontextu českého legislativního procesu. Posléze bude představeno metodologické východisko výzkumu, kterým je metoda analýzy sociálních sítí (SNA). Práce přiblíží podstatu této metody a princip jejího fungování společně s některými jejími síťovými měřítky, která budou aplikována pro zodpovězení výzkumných otázek. Hlavní část práce se poté zaměří na vytvoření legislativní sítě aplikováním metody SNA a její vizualizaci prostřednictvím počítačového programu Gephi. Následně bude provedena analýza vzniklé sítě ve třech jejích úrovních, a to aplikací síťových měřítek SNA. Nejprve budou zkoumány vlastnosti sítě jako celku pomocí metrik hustoty a geodetické vzdálenosti.... The bachelor thesis Legislative "cosponsorship" network of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic (the PSP CR) for the period 2017-2020 describes and analyses relations between members of the PSP CR in the certain period using data the submission of bills. The basic starting point for the theoretical part of the work is the creation of legislative networks. The thesis first the very essence of the use of legislative networks in the field of political science and provides the illustrative studies that have in the past dealt with the research of relations between legislators through legislative networks. Further in this part, the term "cosponsorship" is defined so that it can be explained in the context of the Czech legislative process. Subsequently, the methodological basis of the research, which is the method of Social Network Analysis (SNA), is presented. The thesis describes the substance and the principle of its operation together with some of its network statistics which are then applied to answer the research questions. The main part of the work then focuses on the creation of a legislative network by applying the SNA method and its visualization through the computer programme Gephi. Afterwards, the created network is analysed on the three levels by the method SNA....
