BAKALÁŘSKÉ PRÁCE Jméno, příjmení: Simona Homolková Vedoucí práce: PhDr. Petra Horsáková Název bakalářské práce: Zásady výběru elektrického vozíku pro osoby s míšní lézí z pohledu ergoterapeuta Abstrakt bakalářské práce: V České republice je nedostatek zdrojů, které by problematiku shrnovaly, proto je hlavním cílem práce popis procesu výběru elektrického vozíku pro osoby s míšní lézí v úrovni C4-C6 z ergoterapeutického hlediska. Dílčím cílem je průzkum českého trhu s elektrickými vozíky, výběr několika různých modelů vhodných pro tetraplegiky, jejich zhodnocení ergoterapeutem a doporučení určitým skupinám osob s míšní lézí. V kazuistikách jsou tyto teoretické informace aplikovány do klinické praxe. Dalším dílčím cílem je vytvoření formuláře pro ergoterapeuty v České republice, který zkombinuje nabyté teoretické i praktické znalosti, a který je provede výběrem elektrického vozíku. Teoretická část práce se zabývá popisem míchy a míšních lézí. Věnuje se i spinálnímu programu a také roli ergoterapeuta v této problematice. Dále jsou zde informace o elektrických vozících včetně postupu pro jejich získání. Závěr této části se věnuje i analýze postury sedu, jelikož správný sed může zabránit rozvoji nepříjemných stavů a defektů. BACHELOR THESIS ABSTRACT Name, Surname: Simona Homolková Supervisor: PhDr. Petra Horsáková Title: Principles for Choosing an Electric Wheelchair for a Person with a Spinal Cord Injury from the Perspective of an Occupational Therapist Abstract: There are not enough sources in the Czech Republic which would summarize this topic, and therefore the main goal of this thesis is the description of the selection process when it comes to an electric wheelchair for people with a spinal cord lesion at the C4-C6 level from an occupational therapy point of view. A subsidiary aim of this thesis is a survey of the Czech market with electric wheelchairs, the selection of several different models suitable for tetraplegics, their assessment by an occupational therapist and recommendations to certain groups of clients. When it comes to the case studies, this theoretical information is applied in the clinical practice. Another partial goal represents a compilation of a form for occupational therapist in the Czech Republic which combines the acquired theoretical and practical knowledge, and further guides them through the process of selecting an electric wheelchair.
